Regarding coverage of Hakone volcano alert level 2

The Hakone Warning Level 2 was issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency on May 19, 2007.

The hotel is open as usual.

As of 19th, restrictions are in place around the Owakudani crater.

Hakone Ropeway will be closed, but other public institutions will be as normal.

Q: Can I use a credit card for payment?

A: You can not use a credit card of 5,000 yen or less.

I would like payment by Japanese yen.

Q: Can I leave luggage before / after my stay?

A:
Reservation method of reserved outdoor bath is reservation at the time of check-in on the day.
You can not make a reservation by phone.
"Kaguya" is 3,000 yen for two 45 minutes and "goldfish" and "Medaka" is 2,000 yen for two 45 minutes

Q: Are there any restrictions on English / Chinese correspondence time?
